The MLTRL repo provides a thorough general-use checklist/guide for ML/AI ethics, but there are several others of high-quality such as CMU SEI "Designing Ethical AI Experiences: Checklist and Agreement". We should consider linking to the top resources like this, datasheets for datasets, etc., but not in an overwhelming "awesome-stuff repo" style. And d4d is a good example b/c it is (1) qualified and validated by top researchers from Microsoft, and (2) includes a template or other deliverable — we do not want clutter of half-baked preprints. This issue is to briefly source the main items s.t. we can add them to the repo in one coherent way (rather than a dozen PRs).
