Desired Behavior / Functionality

Often, with PASEOS one will want to investigate constellations. Basic functionalities to create some constellation may be nice to have?

What Needs to Be Done

Wrap existing code such as https://github.com/aidotse/PASEOS/blob/main/examples/utils/get_constellation.py

How Can It Be Tested

Add small test
