From Dmitry:

I noticed, that there are bill numbers in the summary of the meta JSON for every report. It could help to extract the bill numbers. Have a look and search by "H.R" here: https://www.everycrsreport.com/reports/R44636.json

For this doc there are some versions, and the last version summary doesn't contain any bills. If we will get it from summary - should I grab bill numbers only from last one version?
