1. The title of this container should be displayed as "Committees and Sponsors"

2. "Committees of Jurisdiction" - The committees for the bill should be displayed as reflected in the wireframe (horizontally within the container space). For bills with more than 2 committees, start a new row below and continue listing them horizontally within the container space

3. List up to 5 sponsors of the bill in this section. The section should have the columns: Sponsor, On Assigned Committee(s), Party, and Position

4. The "View full list of sponsors" should be at the bottom and centered in this section. When the user clicks on the "View full list of sponsors" the page should scroll down to the "Sponsors of Related Measures" section
