Would there be any benefit in migrating from psycopg2 to psycopg3? #5864

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

psycopg3 is was released in 09/2021 and I read it now allows asyncio-based concurrency.

This should be supported in the upcoming sqlalchemy 2.0 release (apparently scheduled for mid january 2023).

I currently don't know to which degree this could help AiiDA performance but I think it would be worth spending a bit of time looking into it.
