馃悰 Bug

When trying to compare metrics of multiple runs in a new tab when base-path is specified for aim up the new tab opens with a wrong URL.

To reproduce

Specify base-path for aim up command. Go to the runs explorer, select multiple runs and compare the metrics in a new tab. It will redirect to the wrong URL(base-path is ignored).

Expected behavior

Opening the metrics page without any problems.

Environment

  • Aim Version - 3.19.2
  • Python version - 3.7
  • pip version - 22.2.2
  • OS (e.g., Linux) - MacOS 13.1
