Unable to connect ClickHouse Connect C to Numpy API [No module named 'numpy']

I am currenrtly running a local deployment of airbyte open source on docker. I have set up a connector from intercom to clickhouse. The raw data arrives ok but I get the following error:

Unable to connect ClickHouse Connect C to Numpy API [No module named 'numpy']
message='io.temporal.serviceclient.CheckedExceptionWrapper: io.airbyte.workers.exception.WorkerException: Normalization Failed.', type='java.lang.RuntimeException', nonRetryable=false

I am not 100% sure what is causing this and have numpy installed locally. Is there some kind of config required on the clickhouse side?
