MySQL CDC 5 minute wait time holding off sync

In MySQL CDC we keep the debezium engine open for 5 minutes and if we dont receive any record for 5 minutes then only the engine is closed. If there is a table that receives an insert/update/delete event within 5 minutes, the sync would never finish for this table and thus the data in the main table would never be populated. This was experienced by a user and we should revisit this logic.
