Data Aggregation: Timestamps

Sometimes, the questions might concern timestamps, e.g., "when were you first affected by this attack?"

This can probably handled in a similar fashion as with numerical questions.

Responses do not contain any format information, even for question type "numerical" it will be just sent as a sting.

So this would require an additional marker on the question (for example, in the question name, or ID)
