Highlighting TODO in comments

Can you add highlighting TODO in comments?
I'm using Cloud9 for Node.js and often placing //TODO comments to remind me idea/task that I should write.

@lightcom it's not necessary to refresh issues every day (#2180 was good too:)
How do you want them to be highlighted? Are there other editors doing this?

@nightwing thanks for answer. I'm creating issues for first time and was a bit confused :).
For example, Atom can highlight TODO comments as shown below:

@nightwing Is there a way to output all TODO's and FIXME's to the console, it gets hard to find them on c9 when you have a large directory
