Create a better npm package for ace

[nightwing]

• ace name is taken on npm.js use ace-editor or @c9/ace
• move xquery and other linters into separate packages
• do not include minified files in the final distribution
• add support for loading modes and themes without "ace/mode" prefix
• do not change module names in build
• move ace/lib/ace directory to ace/src, and use the same in build. (or move to everything to the root?)
