ComponentModel.Win32Exception each time a new session is started in SuperPutty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Unzip SuperPutty-1.3.0.11
2.Click on SuperPutty.exe
3. Enter IP and credentials to get into SSH

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to have connection established

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty-1.3.0.11, have tried with 1.4.x also but same error

Please provide any additional information below.
OS is Win 7 64-bit
