This is a Google Chrome extension that links from issue numbers in git commits (e.g. #1234) to pages in your third-party ticketing system.
To use this extension, specify the GitHub repository which you'd like to link to your issue tracker, and the URL template for a ticket in your ticketing system, substituting ### where the ticket number should go. Look for the Options link on chrome://extensions/.
