But i also think: Darker should set the black version, isn't it?

This would indeed avoid breakage like the one reported in #412. On the other hand, Action users wouldn't benefit from Black updates even if Darker happens to stay compatible.

This might be irrelevant after #430, but let's consider it when the time comes for version 1.8.0.
