The closed nature of dataset used creates troubles for random contributors including me wishing to debug and improve.
If there is an open alternative it should be linked, if not - [collaboratively] created.

Hi @Houkime,
The license of the dataset is as follows:

License

This data is work in progress and can only be used for research and/or teaching purposes. It is being
distributed by the RiVaL Group, University of Malta in its current state on condition that its users
explicitly acknowledge the source, such as by citing our paper (bibtex in the link above), and do not
distribute the data further without the express permission of the RiVaL Group.

You can obtain the data by contacting the RiVaL Group as mentioned. I will also try to get their permission to keep a copy of the data on the repo itself.

The data however is sort of insufficient for creating a robust system. So, I am thinking of creating a web-portal for crowd sourcing descriptions for the faces in celeba dataset. Please feel free to propose any approach you may have in mind.

Cheers!
akanimax
