Feature request: Planet list with commercial and factory stats

It is a great thing that i can see the problems and research labs on the planet 
list, but i miss an option for factories and commercial (comm. port, comm. 
center, bank) facilities with their levels displayed. Yesterday i spent minutes 
to find which planet has an unupgraded shipyard. (It became faster when i 
figured out, that the PgUp/PgDn works like in IG2, but still a list would be 
more faster.)

I'll add a popup that lets you select the building type. However, there isn't 
room for mixed-upgrade buildings, such as power plants or houses. 1 limited 
buildings. Are fine.
