Using AkashaCMS tools in a server-side-rendering scenario

Inspired by Medium article "Demystifying Server Side Rendering"

Modernize the Mahabhuta example for Express. For an inbound request

Determine page + layout template
Determine if the page has to be rerendered or if cache is okay
If so, run Renderers => Mahabhuta => Result

Show how Mahabhuta makes it easy to integrate server-side DOM processing. Demonstrate tools like UML rendering.
