It seems like ipm causes the privacy browser Brave to crash/hang when opening the peer manager. This is odd, considering that it's running Chromium. As it's hanging directly, freezing up the entire browser and all it's tabs, I cannot run any useful diagnostics.
Anyone that may help with this may find themselfs having this problem with the out-of-the-box installation of Brave Browser on Windows 10.
