Uploading of files to new namespaces not possible

When the user doesn't have access to any existing namespace, he can't upload files even when he does have upload permissions for a namespace. Maybe there should be an input that allows the user to enter a custom namespace below or above the tree. Uploading with the namespace prefix in the root namespace doesn't work when the user can't upload in the root namespace.
