New ideas message in blog layout, change order configurable?

The message for available comments appears in the top in blog layout.

I thing its a good idea change this to a configurable option: above or bottom position.

I fully agree. It's already on my to-do list. Showing the comments count at the top was a proof-of-concept. I will make it into a more configurable option and document how its rendering layouts (akeeba.engage.content.category and akeeba.engage.content.featured) can be overridden.
