Make a custom background and change progress text color #86

Hello!

Could you please advice, are there any ways to make progress like this: https://wampi.ru/image/ROLMej0

As you can see:

There should be not rcProgressColor, but something like progressBackground, there I can put my drawable with shape, because there should be white color with green border
color of the text should be different before and after time line
