If an offeror's examples are for projects completed for other State of Alaska agencies, will references to their source code repositories be sufficient or will screenshots still be necessary? i.e. the source code is already in the possession of the State of Alaska.

We prefer to be able to examine the code base and the practices used to develop and maintain it. A public repository makes this process simpler. We also have a strong preference for working in the open, and therefore experience with this is beneficial.
