Given a 4 month PoP, what are the contingencies if the vendor has difficulty obtaining access to the ARIES system as identified in the risks table?

After working with the existing system during prototyping we feel this risk has been minimized. Alaska is accepting this risk in order to work in this way. If there are unlikely delays due to access, the State will determine whether an amendment to the period of performance is warranted.
