Even though long long is available on MinGW, %lld doesn't work and %I64d should be used instead. See http://cboard.cprogramming.com/cplusplus-programming/118149-long-long-int-gplusplus-mingw.html and http://old.nabble.com/long-long-vs-__int64-td28460840.html#a28460840.
