BBCode Conversion loosing some tag

I noticed that the BBCode to Markdown conversion work pretty well, but sometimes it loses something.

Example:
[font][font][b]
[/b][/font][/font]

In the quote always add the quoted post id with a ; like the following
@username;1144467

Some bold not converting and sometimes the bolded text in the quote get lost putting [/b] but not converting.

On the signature something is wrong: I don't understand if the problem is that signature are HTML and not BB.
