As far as I can tell by digging through the repo and the latest package served via NPM slickGetOption has not been implemented. Despite this thread saying otherwise. It'd be great to get this implemented so that features like slickCurrentSlide could be used. I'm opening this issue now as the previous ones on the topic have been incorrectly closed.

It is possible to get functionality similar to slickCurrentSlide by way of accessing the innerSlider obj in the slider where you can then access track. In track is where the currentSlide prop lives. However, this and the slickGetOption method aren't mentioned in the documentation anywhere as far as I can see. So I'm unsure whether slickGetOption has been fully ported over.
