Hi there,

A few months ago, I started redirecting my Mastodon account to my WordPress blog, using this plugin, the ActivityPub plugin, and the Enable Mastodon apps plugin.

I would like to revert that, and bring my account to its former state. However, canceling the redirect won’t bring back my followers automatically.

How can I move my followers (back)?

Thanks so much for your help!

Sorry to report that moving your followers is "ActivityPub plugin territory." @pfefferle has already started to implement "Move" functionality in the ActivityPub plugin so I recommend watching that PR to see when it's done!

The Friends plugin would be responsible for moving your Follows, and although I don't understand the process well enough yet, I think the Friends plugin will provide the list of people you follow so that they can be moved alongside.

@qmoya how have you done this? As far as I know, both parties have to support the Move functionality and WordPress does not support it yet!?! 😳
