macOS full screen button doesn't toggle full screen #107

On macOS the full screen button toggles the window size (from a small one to another that occupies all the space available), but doesn't enter full screen mode as expected. The option StartFullscreen = true does The Right Thing™️ though.

Yes, currently, the button is maximize button.
I will consider a solution to this problem, including #103.

This issue have fixed in v0.4.5.
