Skip 'git rm' prompt if file is unchanged #369

I really like 'Git Plus: Remove Current File'.

There's just one irritation: it always asks "are you sure?" even when the file is unchanged and up-to-date.

Is there any chance git-plus could only prompt if the file has been modified?
