Internal links to an untitled note are not preserved #478

The generated internal link uses the original Evernote "name" i.e. [[Untitled|Untitled]], while the actual note it's referencing gets renamed to something like "Untitled Note.8" so the generated link should actually be [[Untitled Note.8|Untitled Note.8]]
