Dear Sirs,
It has been difficult to know the execution order of the Ecemble pipeline, so could you please add command lines to execute it. You might create a .sh file to execute the whole pipeline. You might have it, but it is not easy to follow. Please, do that by steps 1, 2, 3, ... etc as you did to install the tool.
