Enhanced UI for the Blog section #1459

Optimizations for the "Blog" section -
i) The cards can utilize more padding in the y axis to look more professional.
Solution: Padding in the y axis.

ii) The cards blend in the background.
Solution: Providing a border to the cards will enhance the UI.

iii) Buttons require some padding to appear proportional.
Solution: Adequate padding may be provided.

I am skilled in CSS, Tailwind as well as Bootstrap CSS, which makes me a fit candidate to fix these issues.
