Hope to be able to support running under Windows.

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement xlearn (from versions: 0.11a1, 0.30a1, 0.31a1)
Cleaning up...
No distributions matching the version for xlearn
Storing debug log for failure in /home/wuhao/.pip/pip.log
what's wrong with my install?
