Allow unused transfers automatically as a strategy

It would be helpful to check automatically for the expegted points if you don't do any transfers and then have a threshold added expected points for with transfers.

Hi @rohanday3 , the "baseline" score printed in the optimisation output is the expected points if not making any transfers in any week (see below). That score is if making no transfers in any of the optimised gameweeks. The threshold is not something we have as an automated option (but you could do it by comparing the scores yourself and deciding whether or not to make the transfers) - I'll label this as a feature idea.

It may also be helpful to include the score for if you don't make any transfers this week but do make transfers in later weeks.
