This sounds like a good example to start with a cleaned subset, because it is already well understood (by the AIDA team).

I have requested access to the public anonymised sub-sample and also for the UCL safe heaven secure data.

Hi @gmingas, yes some weeks after the application i got an email with the dataset that is a subsample with around 1500 pseudo-anonymised patients. If I remember correctly a number of us in QUIPP did this application, so I shouldn't be the only one that got that data (unless Covid had something to do with it).

Anyway, this conversation moved to the discussions with Ed Palmer about using the UCL safe haven with their more sensitive data.
