Continuing from #379 we want to look at the gradient at the onset of vegetation growth in the rainy season. We can test this on a weekly time series as a good example. Could make use of Crystal Ball pdf parameters (particularly xbar)

  • Get weekly time series to test on
  • Decide on measures
  • Code up for rveg
  • Add to pyveg (data_analysis_utils.py)
