Archiving conference papers in Zenodo

Some conference papers are currently archived in the Turing Way github repo here: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/the-turing-way/tree/main/conferences

These need to be removed and archived in Zenodo.

• Edit readme.md to link to the new chapter about presentation process in TTW book and say not to put presentations in this folder.
• Upload existing presentations in to zenodo. cc theturingway@gmail.com when emailing presenters for ORCID and permission to upload to Zenodo

• 1-5 Alden
• 6-10 Eirini
• 11-15 Emma

• Mark when this has been done in the presentation list by adding zenodo link in table
• Triage list of talks from newsletter

• complete list from pre-2020 newsletters
• closely review months where no talks are listed
• decide on criteria for inclusion
• discard those that don't qualify
• pull out relevant details and add to table for the rest

• Delete presentations from folder.

I had a look at the sheet with the full list from the newsletter 😳😭

11 to 15 have been checked - all are on zenodo (1 on figshare - I'm sure this is also ok?) apart from 1 - UKRI Cloud 2019-02-12.

I have messaged the author to check they are happy for me to upload it to zenodo.

instead of adding the list to the .md table on github we will link to the google sheet for ease of adding new talks and browsing the list

ok the spreadsheet has all talks from the newsletter copied in (and I did go back and double check the newsletters that didn't list any talks)
