Hey @tonyyzy, I am tagging you to review this and wondering if you can add a similar profile about you. I will add a section at the end summarizing the translation effort and invite others to join in. Any feedback on this will be super helpful.

Excellent write-up! Just thinking if it's more sensible to move up the last two sections? as they are directly related to The Turing Way?

Thanks @tonyyzy. Moving the TW content up sounds like a good idea. Camila wrote this in the same order as I asked her the questions. I don't that that she will mind the moving around of the content to give a better structure.

Quick question: is it best to add to this PR or create a new PR for the additional personas?

@HeidiSeibold a separate PR will be great. I will create an issue that you can mention in your PR so if someone else reviews, they know the context.

I am wondering if we could create an issue template to capture such persona and impact? Do you think that would be helpful?
The issue template can have the following sections - any suggestions are welcome to frame this clearly.
Start by writing a clear descritption of this file (why are we doing this in The Turing Way) and ask the following details:

  • Please provide a short Bio. You are welcome to highlight your work, involvements in improving accessibility in Data Science and/or relevant context:
  • How did you get involved in The Turing Way and what motivated you to work on your current contributions?
  • What impact The Turing Way has had on you, your work, or your network? Please use the SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to frame your answers.
  • What impact you would like to create with your work in The Turing Way? Please use the SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to frame your answers.

Yes, very helpful. For me it was not clear which sections should be there when I started my contribution (see #1190)
