Cannot turn Pooling off, Tesla sleep problem since 1. June

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched both the existing open issues & recently closed issues and did not find a duplicate of this issue.

I have read about the Fleet API and understand I may need to use it

• I understand issues relating to read only commands will be auto closed if not using the Fleet API.

Current Behavior

Hi, since 1 July it seems that my Tesla is not going to sleep,
i tried to turn off the Pooling Switch, it works but wenn i restart HASS it gets back to "ON".

Expected Behavior

to disable pooling switch and stay off when hass restarts

Here the Online binary_sensor Online status:
At about 04:00 my HASS restarts every day, and after restarts it seems that he sleeps a few ours before he gets up.

ok it seems that the integration is showing the car as "online" but it isnt online, the states are not updating, even if Polling is on, but when i hit the "force update" button it wakes the car up and updates the state... strange

my online and Asleep sensors have been showing "connected" and "off" for at least several weeks. Maybe since i moved to the API proxy, maybe before.
