I've deadlifted 450lbs. I used to hold 3 Maryland State Powerlifting records: deadlift, benchpress, and total lifted. I raise oysters to help the Chesapeake Bay. I ve sailed from Maryland to Rhode Island, Maryland to Bermuda, and Florida to Jamaica. I've sailed in the BVI and Antigua-Barbuda. I've done 2.5 somersaults, and 2 reverse somersaults from a diving board. I'm in my high school Sports Hall of Fame for wrestling.
