Add documentation on how to rename a sensor table in case the sensor is moved and has a new purpose. The old data can be retained in a table with a different name than the sensor's ID, e.g. old sensor table 27134a, current sensor table 27134. Renaming a table in SQLite is:

ALTER TABLE foo RENAME TO bar
