【dialog】弹窗自带的close按钮支持自定义逻辑 #546

现状：
closable为true的dialog自带的close按钮目前无法实现自定义逻辑，如果涉及到类似于阻断性处理等的需求目前实现起来较麻烦。

原处理逻辑：

需要通过beforeCancel才能实现

beforeCancel 应该是满足要求的吧，就是 API 设计需要考虑？beforeClose 可能更通用些
