Inconsistent environment

I am trying to create the required environment using the package versions detailed in the ReadMe file: tensorflow-gpu==2.1, opencv==3.4.2, pillow==7.0.0, and h5py==2.10 with Python 3.7 and I am getting the following message:

Would it be possible to get an updated list of requirements?
