Unable to set colour via Scene or Automation

I am unable to change the colour except by the use of the live card. When changing the settings via the card they apply to the lamps instantly.

However, when trying to create a scene the colour doesnt apply. I have also tried to use an automation to also set these values and again they do not apply. I am unable to see any logs on the system related to this.
