Refactor Options and Handlers #3

Separate list of options and handlers is hard to maintain.

Migrate all handlers to IHandler interface (with getName() and handle() methods) and create all options implementing that handler (getName would be reused as in Handler logic)

Is a easy and boilerplate refactor.
