Getting kicked out of radio channels after 1-3 seconds

Hello, my tokovoip works just fine and i dont have any errors on my server live console but i am getting kicked out of the radio channel everytime i click on the join button. I have tested it with 4 different guys and it seems like only 2 of us are able to use it without a problem.
And whenever i join to my friend's channel which works fine for him he gets kicked from that channel a few seconds after too.

Me and the other guy who gets kicked tried to delete our cache and i reinstalled a fresh installation out of the ZIP without doing any modification on the files but the problem still persists.

I just started getting the same issue..but saw it was that "radio" item was taken out of the inventory of the user prior to the issue. make sure you have it in the inventory

Thank you for this I was having the same issue and added a radio to my inventory which resolved the problem
