ExpandArgsFromFile from kinpin

I was wondering if there was an intention of bringing over the the ExpandArgsFromFile and the @ operator from Kingpin.

Hi Alex,

Not specifically, but Kong has extensible resolvers. There is a JSON resolver built in, a HCL resolver and a YAML resolver.

If you'd like to implement a "flags in file" resolver I'd happily merge it.
