I run imt_gsea in linux command line:

~$ imt_gsea -i ~/cyf/IMAGEGENE/Imt_cth_z_reflect_pls/pls_analysis.pkl -g Allen_Brain_Atlas_up -o ~/cyf/IMAGEGENE/AHBA
