Hello and thanks for this wonderful tool!

I'm using the v8 version of your database and noticed that a "herring" a.k.a. MPN1794_Metazoa_Opisthokonta maps to a bacterial lineage in the tax.txt file (specifically Bacteria|Terrabacteria|Firmicutes|Firmicutes_X|Bacilli|Lactobacillales|Enterococcaceae|Enterococcus|Enterococcus_faecium). Is this a mis-classification?

I noticed that there were other 16s entries in tax.txt file as well. Some are mitochondrial or plastidic, which makes sense for identifying euks, but a few dozen are bacterial. Just curious about your rationale for including this handful of bacteria.

Thanks again, ~Greg
