[aleks.ksync] - add option to systematically offset/distribute the fundamental frequencies of the ksync nodes #2

This can be useful to simulate more complex (and "realistic") interactions between oscillators. It is also used in the original paper(s) when testing the model.

The fundamental frequency can still be set as is. But my idea is that the user can choose to offset/distribute the frequencies of the ksync node, through object arguments, based on various statistical distributions/models. In the paper, the Cauchy–Lorentz distribution is used for some experiments. A simple bell curve could also be an option.
